Best Bitchy E-mail String Ever!

Y'all, I have never previously seen impossible modified, but here you are! (no, actually, here you aren't, because it erased large parts of my post, but enjoy anyway.)

Olady..please see Mr. Cruellas' email below and then read mine. I expect that the verbage in my son's dicipline notes will be changed immediately. No cursing happened whatsoever. A fair reading of the disciplinary notes (after hearing you and Mr. Cruella) should read : Jonesy confronted another student who verbally harrassed (teased/mocked) him in class.

I completely understand. You were there in the classroom when it happened and for you to refer Jonesyto the VP you must have heard the "threat". Therefore, I would like you to tell me if my son cursed or not. Again, I ma not excusing my son...but would like to know verbatim what was said...as it seems to change almost daily.

Regards,

I apologise for the delay in the response, but it seemed to me as though your questions were best answered by Olady.
The referral I wrote said simply that he threatened another student, which upon Olady's review of the situation, was determined to be an accurate assessment. I am not responsible for anything the discipline record states about cursing. As a professional, I am very careful about what I write down/say about/to students because all of these things are legal record and have to be defensible in court, therefore have to be unimpeachable truth. I am sure if there is any error OLady will correct it. If you would like to meet with OLady and myself, please let us know and we will be happy to meet with you to resolve your concerns regarding this situation

Now I am at an extreme loss. I was just online and looked through Jonesy's discipline. Apparently, after some of my emails, the discipline note changed. NOW apparently, he used the "F" word???? This was never stated to me via the phone call from the Vice Principal, a note from the teacher or the original discipline note recorded on Parent Connect. I am extrememly upset/confused/bewildered by this. AND although I appreciate getting a notice of Blankety DiBlanco's suspension, he is not my child, and perhaps another parent got my son's notice. Surely more care needs to be taken when mailing confidential information to parents. ANYWAY..back to the subject at hand. ORIGINALLY, he was being disciplined for standing up and confronting a child. NOW, after my emails, it has changed to foul language.
All of this is unacceptable. NEVER once in the phone call from the Vice Principal was it stated that Jonesyused foul language - this is somehting brand new this week. I just wondering is it common practice to go in an change a child's discipline notes after a parent complains? And this time I do expect a response from the teacher and the Vice Principal.

I think, perhaps, the reason that Mr. Cruellaas has not responded to any of your emails is because your emails were sent to three of us- Mr. Cruella, another person, and me. The email, if I remember correctly, wasn’t addressed to anyone specifically. Since I answered your questions, he may have assumed that was sufficient.

You are welcome to meet with me, Mr. Cruella, and Jonesy. However, the other student will not be in attendance.

-----Actually, Jonesy was listed as an unexecused absence from Physics on Friday. So, I am wondering, was this an error? Was Jonesy not there? Or was Zachary there and not given his Physics quiz?
Also, in addition, the reasoning given for only one child given ISS in last week's incident is not acceptable to me. It looks as though the only reason Jonesy was given ISS and the other boy was not - was that Jonesy got up out of his chair...which leads me to believe that it is ok to incite a negative reaction from someone as long as you stay in your chair. Is this correct? Is it ok to be rude, insulting and obnoxious in class as long as you stay in your chair? Is it possible to set up a meeting with you and the other boy in question. Apparently, this is not the first time this boy has been rude and insulting to Jonesy. And the fact that the teacher himself has not answered my emails and questions is unacceptable to me. Perhaps the principal should be involved in this also.
